Saturday, Dec. 7, Pearl Harbor Day. The SAL also plans to provide snacks and other finger food in the Clubroom/Bar during the afternoon since the day also is a major college football day.

• Pearl Harbor Day this year (Saturday Dec. 7) is also a college football championship game day. The SAL plans to provide ‘heavy’ appetizers (wings, sandwiches and other finger foods) in the Clubroom/Bar that afternoon starting around 4 p.m. SAL Commander Derek Garmon says a 50/50 raffle is also on the afternoon’s entertainment list. And he suggested that some members of the Post family may want to bring a pot-luck dish to compliment the hors d’oeuvres being provided by the SAL. Post Commander Bob Byrd said a special drink would be identified for the day.
